Set in motion in the fall of 2004, through the vision and leadership of Dr. Mark Sheridan-Rabideau, Artists Now, a non-profit, community-based arts organization, has created a mission to forge new community connections, to nurture creativity in our children, and to foster a love of the arts in audiences of all ages and experience. A significant aspect of Artists Now’s mission is to our children.
Each event held for adults leads to and helps support outreach in our schools to educate and inspire children to see the potential artist in themselves. In addition to bringing world-renowned artists to share their artistic excellence in Highland Park, Artists Now offers ongoing classes to cultivate artistic development in children and adults.
